1928 to 1931 Norton ES2, Model 18, Cylinder head. Well, that’s the considered opinion of a few different people who know a lot more than me!
One person is adamant that the head is 1930 / 31 because before 1930 the exhaust port was straight. One other person was certain that it was for a 1929 to 1930 Norton Model 18 and ES2. If you are looking for one of these, you will know instantly, whether it’s correct for your needs.
Apart from the one fin that has been chipped off, the rest of the head is decent. The exhaust threads are good but the condition of the guides and valve seats is unknown other than the obvious visual test.

Collection: If you don’t want it shipped, I have plenty of space. If you can’t collect for a while, it’s not a problem. However, I will need to be paid very soon after the sale. Thanks.

Import Taxes: (I need to mention this as I had someone buy something from me and they were based in Europe. They thought I should list the item including all taxes and shipping. Considering import duties vary enormously, this is impractical even if it was possible). Please note that IMPORT DUTIES are not something I can control. If you are buying from outside the UK, there is a chance that you will have to pay import taxes. Import taxes vary from country to country. If there are charges to pay, it is the buyer’s responsibility to research the cost and pay the duties. The price that you see on my advert is for the item and not the item plus whatever taxes might be due.
