1930’s Marston Sunbeam Model 9 timing cover.
Well, that’s what I think this inner timing cover is for. I have a “Silent Cam” cover. This is very similar and the same overall dimensions. But it doesn’t have the extra hole that the silent cam one has.
The only clue is a set of numbers stamped on the inside. They are shown in the images.
Condition of the Sunbeam Model 9 timing cover.
It’s dirty but free from cracks and damage. The screw threads are fine and the facings are OK.
