1932 Model 23 150cc OHV New Imperial engine with Amal 15/912 carburettor fitted.
This early 1930’s New Imperial unit construction engine is for sale with the Amal carburettor fitted. The engine cases are in good condition and the number is clear and unmolested. The number is 92/ 26025/23.
The engine turns freely but I have not taken it apart to inspect everything. The barrel and cylinder head fins are in good condition. The cases are nice. I have shown threads in the images where I can. There is a good chance that parts will be missing. However, when I turn the crank the piston rises and falls which suggests that most of the important parts are fitted.
I have taken one of the gearbox covers off and shown some pictures of the inside. You decide what’s missing, if anything. I have also removed the primary side cover to show you what is there. Note the lack of machine screws.
