Triumph Oil Tank Models like the 500cc OHV 5/2, T90 and the 350cc OHV T80 and others from the same period around 1933 to 1938. It may suit slightly later years but you need to be the judge of that. I won’t list all of the models. I’m sure you know what the tank looks like for your bike.
This is an original steel Triumph oil tank. It was probably one of the first of the tanks that were separate from the petrol tank. It has a four bolt fixing design (There are 3 bolts with this tank). It includes the removable filter. It will need a good wash out but it’s not rusty. There are a couple of little dinks in it as shown in the pictures. But this is not an unsightly tank. It would look good on any bike.
So, here’s your chance to buy that 1930’s Triumph oil tank that you’ve been searching for over many years.

Viewing: Please come and check it over before you buy. It is at PE28, near St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
Collection: If you don’t want it shipped, I have plenty of space. If you can’t collect for a while, it’s not a problem. However, I will need to be paid very soon after the sale. Thanks.
Payment: This site has a facility to pay online. Good old fashioned money on collection is preferred. I can accept payment through PayPal or by bank transfer as well.
