1948 1949 Norton original steel speedometer mount.
With some help from a friend online, I managed to pin this part down to the Roadholder top-mount instrument panel. It holds just the speedometer and has the cable guide holes on either side.
From examples online, it’s correct for 1949 Norton International 500 and the ES2 500. It’s probably good for others. I am sure if you’re looking for one, you will know instantly if it’s correct for your needs.
If you have any doubts, please provide dimensions and I will cross-check.
It’s in a used condition. I’ve merely given it a light clean just to check on condition. It came with a Smiths speedometer, but it wasn’t correct for the bikes mentioned. If you need a speedo, please let me know the number and I will see if I have one.
