1951 Rigid frame Triumph Speed Twin 5T Project with matching frame and engine numbers.
I have the V5C in my name and also have the original RF60 Buff Log Book. The RF60 clearly shows that “JUK 158” is the original registration and indicates the engine and frame numbers are as currently on the project.
The parts that are included in this sale are what is available and shown in the images. I may have other parts that I might be willing to sell but what you see in the images is what’s included at this price.
How often do you find a Rigid-framed Triumph Speed Twin project with the original registration and matching numbers?
The top-right of the petrol tank has a small ding (as in the images). Other than that, this is a pretty straight project with nice original parts including a hard-to-buy sprung hub. The wheels are actually decent. In fact, it would make an extremely good “survivor” bike.
The exhausts in the pics are included. they aren’t up to much. In fact, one of the headers must belong to a 650 as it’s much larger in diameter than the other one.
Assume the engine and gearbox will need a rebuild.
