Triumph 650cc Cylinder barrels – 9 stud version. Measures 71.2mm. (STD Bore is 71mm)

  • The fins are decent on this set of barrels. No breaks or welds.
  • The bore looks good too.
  • Skirts are not damaged.

The stamped number on the barrels is E6305. I’ve looked through my parts lists. From 1966 to 1972, the TR6 Trophy and the T120 Bonneville are shown as having a 9-stud set of barrels with the stamped number E6304. There is nothing mentioned in each parts list / year of E6305. I presume that is because this is a stamped number and not the actual part number.

There’s a chance that these barrels still go under the part number 70-6304, but had E6305 stamped on them as part of a later run at Meriden. I’m not enough of a Triumph geek to know.

I had a set of nine stud E6304 and I really can’t see, or measure, any difference between that set and this one.

If you have the dimensions that you need, and if you have any doubts, just send me a request for a specific dimension and I’ll get back to you.

I’ve got loads of 500cc / 650cc Triumph engine parts. Please ask if you need something specific. It’s going to take me a while to list everything for sale. Parts are for pre-unit and unit construction Triumph motorcycles.
