BSA B25, C25, Triumph TR25W Cylinder barrel with good fins 40-950
1968-1971
This Triumph TR25W Cylinder barrel is a left-over spare from when I had a TR25. As BSA owned Triumph by 1968, this engine barrel will also suit the 250cc single cylinder models that BSA produced. So, I believe it is good for the BSA C25 and the BSA B25 Starfire. Please double-check your parts list against the cast number on this barrel before you buy.
The cast number is 40-950
Condition of the Triumph TR25W Cylinder barrel
It’s in good, used, condition. The fins are all good.
I have shown images of each side of the barrel so that you can see all of the fins are intact. The skirt does not have any damage and the threads are OK.
It has marks as it is a used item. But it’s as clean as you are likely to find.
The bore is good. Not perfect as you can see from the pictures. The bore is 68mm. STD bore is 67mm and I believe 68mm is a normal oversize.
Other BSA parts that might suit the TR25.
I have a few left over from when I had my TR25. Please have a look through the BSA parts here, or ask.

The price that you see on my advert is for the item and not the item plus whatever taxes might be due.
