Early 1930s Vintage motorcycle BOSCH FD6V 6 volt motorcycle horn.
Sunbeam Brough BSA Norton Triumph and many more.
A lovely original Bosch FD6V klaxon / horn. It looks like it has been re-painted at some point. The little brass identification plate is original and adds to the vintage look.
This is not the usual crusty old horn with dents. It’s a decent one that would easily suit a nice patina bike as it is, or you can spend the worthwhile time restoring it to as-new condition.
I have made no attempt to see if it works. Still, it’s not rocket science. If I get time, I will hook up a battery and see. In the meantime, you’re buying an untested horn.
It comes with the original Bosch label and the clamp as you see in the images.
