After some research, I believe this particular design of Dunlop pillion passenger saddle was supplied to Puch for their very stylish 125tt and the 250TF.
It is similar to many other pillion seats such and Denfield. The grab handle varied in style, but it seems that most of them were destined for German, Russian manufacturers. BMW had a similar saddle on their Boxer. Zundapp also had a similar saddle. However, there are design variations.
This particular saddle is an original one from the early 1950’s. It has a spring tension adjuster knob at the front. It was designed to fit directly onto the small rack that was on top of the mudguard.
Condition of this Dunlop pillion passenger saddle.
It’s old and has had a glue repair the front. It will need a general refurbishment as it needs painting.
If you look at one of the pictures that shows the underside, you will see that the outer ring of the frame is bent out of shape. It needs to be bent back to line up.

Viewing: Please come and check it over before you buy. It is at PE28, near St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
