  • Fair to good. 1964. Third Impression (Revised). 326 pages.
  • Pictorial dust jacket over green cloth. Contains black and white plates throughout.
  • Pages are moderately tanned throughout.
  • Boards have very mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces.
  • Some bumping to corners. Visible crushing to spine ends.
  • Some tanning to spine and edges.
  • Brown marks to boards.
