Marston Sunbeam original front mudguard Flat Tank motorcycle models.
This mudguard has marks from wear but it hasn’t suffered the usual rot on the sides. Please look at the images.
Very hard to find in good condition. There is a very slight detachment on the front right. A small braze would sort it. One of the small flanges at the rear is missing a small part. Both details are shown in the images.
This is the type of front mudguard used on the flat tank models including the early 1920’s 3 1/2hp ones as well as other models such as the Model 9. It looks very similar to the one on a 1924 Model 4, 600cc Marston Sunbeam.

- Tip to tip: 28.5″
- Internal width at front: 4″
- External width at rear (widest pt including the small flanges): 7.25″
- Centre to centre dimension between the rear stay bolt holes: 5.25″
I’ve had it a long time and it’s now time to go to a new custodian.
