Numbers on the con rod are: EN24 18852
I understand that the connecting rod might also suit the Norton Big 4. But, you will need to be the judge of that.
This crank is one part, of many Norton 16H engine parts that I have. They are all gradually going up for sale. So, if you want anything from a completely rebuilt prewar 16H engine, through to a cylinder barrel and head, let me know.
