Norton Commando 1968-70 Cylinder head 06-0380 with rockers and one cap
06-0380 is the number for a standard 750 cylinder head as produced for the first Commandos through to 1970. These cylinder heads, in slightly modified form, were also used on the very last 650 and 750 bikes including 650 SS, Atlas, Mercury and 750 Hybrids. However, I believe this one is still in standard form. Please see the images.
This Norton Commando Ali cylinder head needing a good clean up. It comes as you see in the images, with the rockers. Good fins.
Note, there are two very small holes in a fin on each side. They appear to have been drilled and are on the second fin down on the exhaust sides. I can only imagine someone did this to wire the exhaust clamps. They would be a very easy fill. I have shown one in the images.
While the rockers are there, they will need to be freed up a bit and some parts may be missing. The valves are fitted as you can see.
The exhaust threads are fine but will need a clean.
Viewing: Please come and check it over before you buy. It is at PE28, near St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
Shipping: I usually ship to most destinations. If you don’t see a price, please ask. Thanks. International shipping available.
Collection: If you don’t want it shipped, I have plenty of space. If you can’t collect for a while, it’s not a problem. However, I will need to be paid very soon after the sale. Thanks.
Payment: Good old fashioned money on collection is preferred. I can accept payment through PayPal or by bank transfer as well.
Import Taxes for international shipping: (I need to mention this as I had someone buy something from me and they were based in Europe. They thought I should list the item including all taxes and shipping. Considering import duties vary enormously, this is impractical even if it was possible). Please note that IMPORT DUTIES are not something I can control. If you are buying from outside the UK, there is a chance that you will have to pay import taxes. Import taxes vary from country to country. If there are charges to pay, it is the buyer’s responsibility to research the cost and pay the duties. The price that you see on my advert is for the item and not the item plus whatever taxes might be due.11/21/288
