Norton Dominator 500cc engine for rebuild. Turns over Matching case numbers.
PX available (either way) for a nice Triumph Unit 500cc engine (Preferably 1968-on.) for one of my own projects.
Shipping available. Sold as you see it and still with some grime on it. It’s being sold for refurbishment with some parts missing. The engine turns over but it’s hard to turn. That’s probably my weak grip. A peak down the bore shows the pistons are there. There might be some parts missing (possibly ushrods and some fixings)
The engine numbers are clear. I have not taken the engine apart, so my observations are made from an external examination and a peek down the plug hole.
It includes everything that you see, including the carb mount. It has good fins and the threads look good. You may need to clean the threads up a bit.
If you need more pictures, please ask.
I’d prefer it if you came and viewed the engine before you press the BUY button. That way you are totally certain that you are aware of the condition. If you can’t make it, please ask questions. If you have any doubts, please don’t buy. It’s not worth the aggravation for either of us.
