Original Norton Dominator centre stand featherbed wideline or slimline frame.
This original main stand was fitted to a Dominator 99 frame. It was a wideline frame. However, I understand that the slimline frame used the same stand. It may even be correct for the Atlas and the 650SS. You decide.
- The inner distance between the stand mount lugs is 4″. Bear in mind that there are some spacers.
- The stamped number is 17173.
I believe you can buy reproductions of this Norton Dominator centre stand, but everyone seems to want the original part.
Condition of the Norton Dominator centre stand
It’s just as you see in the images. It’s a used stand, so it has marks from use. The bolt threads are fine as I was able to easily remove the main stand from the frame.
