ORIGINAL Pair of used Triumph pre unit short Dynamo / generator primary cases.
1954 to 1959.
Swing arm models:
500cc, T100, TR5 Trophy
650cc, T110, (1958/9) first series of the Bonneville T120, TR6 Trophy.
Outer cover: T1190. The number T1190 is showing on the case. The outside of the cover is very slightly pitted but it will polish out if that’s your thing. The fixing holes are all fine and the facing joint is clean. The cap thread is fine too. I’ve run one of my other caps in the threads and all is OK. There is some gouging on the inside as shown in the images.
Inner cover: T1186, 57-1186. The inner case appears to be free from damage. All of the fixing holes are intact and the threads are OK. It could do with a clean.
I’ve not cleaned and polished these cases. They are usable but they are original and they are available. Even the reproduction ones are seemingly out of stock.
