Pre-1930 vintage Royal Enfield oil pump & timing covers. It also has the valve-lifter mechanism. You come across the engines occasionally. But, how often do you see this combination? These are the parts that are usually missing.
I believe these parts suit the C1927 350cc OHV Royal Enfield motorcycle Model 355. I am not certain, so please check for yourself before you buy. I know the 488cc Model 505 RE was had a different cover by 1929. This cover is shorter than others that I have seen.

Condition of the vintage Royal Enfield oil pump & timing covers
The inner and outer covers are excellent. Considering these covers are now almost 100 years old, they fit together well. The fixing holes are fine too.
The external oil pump has not been tested. So, you are buying a set of timing covers with a vintage Royal Enfield oil pump that may, or may not, need a service. From external observation, the threads look ok and the pump is free of any obvious damage.
