Pre War Era Triumph Tiger 90 late 1930’s cylinder head. It could be for the 5H.
Cast / part number on the underside is E1318, then there’s a blob. If it’s just E1318 then it’s for the 5H. If it’s E1318T, then it’s for the T90 according to my 1938 parts book. You decide from the images.
Edward Turner’s 500cc Tiger 90 is the rarest of the Tigers from the Pre War period. This is a great chance to stock up on spares if you’re lucky enough to own one of these iconic bikes.
The head needs a good clean and will need work to make it nice. But the fins are nice. The carb mount and exhaust stub are good. I’ve done my best to show the valve seats. They will need some light grinding / polishing as they were a bit crusty when I got the head.
I have another cylinder head for the Tiger 90 and currently two sets of cases stamped 1937. Please see my other advertisements as it is listed separately.
