Rebuilt Ariel heavyweight girder forks, likely for heavier bikes like the 1000cc Ariel Square Four and the Red Hunter. They might suit other prewar heavyweight Ariel motorcycles. However, I have seen a set of these on a 1939 Ariel Sq4 1000cc and on a 1932 F4 Square Four 600cc.
So, I guess, they are for the Ariel Square four / Red Hunter prewar models. Please make your own mind up though.
These are original and refurbished girder forks. Not new set from abroad. They were powder coated a while back and have marks from storage.
The forks come with 3 springs. The main spring does not have the top bolt. The side springs are attached by cable ties.
OK, they aren’t cheap. But they are in good condition (not perfect) and when did you last see a set of these available.
