Stewart warning signal horn Model 115-A made by Stewart Warner Speedometer Corporation Chicago USA.
Similar to Gloriaphone or Klaxon. Ideal for old motorcycles as a hand operated “Agooha” sound.
The horn aperture is brass. It would look great all polished up.
These horns were probably made for early motor cars, such as the Ford Model T. However, mount one of these old horns on the handlebars of your veteran or vintage motorcycle, and it won’t look out of place. They did make slightly smaller versions for motorcycles. They made even smaller ones for bicycles. But both of those are even harder to find than these car ones.

It’s in its original paint and has not been cleaned. There are wear marks etc.
However, it WORKS! Press the plunger and this Stewart warning signal horn makes a healthy sound. It might need cleaning inside as the plunger depresses, makes and sound, but doesn’t return to top position. You need to pull it up. I had one of these before and took the front cover off. It exposes the workings. If you clean the gears and plunger with cleaning oil, it usually sorts any issues out. (No promises though. You are buying it as described)
There is no fixing clamp. You will need to get one made.
