T19 Cozette carburettor for motorcycles
19mm intake
25mm spigot mount
22mm spigot mount with reducer as fitted.
This T19 Cozette carburettor for motorcycles is a nice, clean, example of a brass carb that would have been used by a variety of European motorcycles. I understand that Mr Cozette gained a US Patent in 1924 for his carburettors and made them for motorcycles and cars. The sprightly Austin 7 Ulster and Supersports apparent had them fitted as standard.
I have offered this at a very reasonable price as it won’t be any use to me and my motorcycles.
Condition of the Cozette carburettor for motorcycles
This T19 Cozette carburettor for motorcycles is in good condition and complete.
See the images of the disassembled carburettor. I didn’t remove the main jet, but I have shown an image of it.
The main slide is in decent condition. The main bore is fine. I didn’t remove the small slide parts, but they appear to be there. The top-feed float bowl has the original brass cap, float and needle. The tickler works fine.
Other vintage motorcycle carburettors
I usually have a few old carburettors for motorcycles. It helps to have a few spares. Please have a look at the available carburettors here. They include old brass carburettors.
