NOW SOLD

Triumph Bonneville BSA Lightening Thunderbolt 650 750 TLS Front Brake Plate, hub, Borrani WM2 19 Record rim

This is a decent front end for someone. If you were to order the TLS front brake plate on it’s own from a supplier in the USA, it would cost you £480 plus import duty PLUS shipping.
For my price, you get

  • a used twin leading shoe front brake plate with fixings
  • a front hub and drum
  • a Record Borrani raised flange alloy wheel (WM2 19) Made in Italy
  • a good Dunlop Roadmaster K87 tyre.

It’s a used item. The brake plate and hub will need a good clean up. The spokes are OK but definitely not shiny and the rim has marks but no deep gouges. The Dunlop sleeve has decent thread but I don’t know the age.

Apparently, these TLS brake plates have been re-made in limited numbers, so it’s nice to offer an original one. It comes with the front air screen, brake cams and linkage kit.

Apparently, it’s for models between 1969 and 1974 but might fit 1968 Triumph and BSA models that would take 8” TLS front brake hubs.

The best thing to do is to come and check it over before you go ahead and hit the BUY button.

Viewing: Please come and check it over before you buy. It is at PE28, near St Ives in Cambridgeshire.

Shipping: I usually ship to most destinations. If you don’t see a price, please ask. Thanks. International shipping available.

Collection: If you don’t want it shipped, I have plenty of space. If you can’t collect for a while, it’s not a problem. However, I will need to be paid very soon after the sale. Thanks.

Payment: Good old fashioned money on collection is preferred. I can accept payment through PayPal or by bank transfer as well.

Import Taxes for international shipping: Please note that IMPORT DUTIES are not something I can control. If you are buying from outside the UK, there is a chance that you will have to pay import taxes. Import taxes vary from country to country. If there are charges to pay, it is the buyer’s responsibility to research the cost and pay the duties. The price that you see on my advert is for the item and not the item plus whatever taxes might be due. Ref: 12/21-30-r395e
