Triumph pre unit 650 cylinder barrel 8 stud with tappet blocks, 72.3mm, cast number E3332
- The fins are decent on this set of barrels. No breaks or welds.
- The bore looks good although it could probably do with a light hone as there is some very light surface blush. A few light grazes.
- Skirts are good.
- Bore is 72.3mm
To give some idea, +.060″ is 2.8550″ (72.5mm) and takes a piston size of 2.8500″.
There is a cast number but it’s difficult to make it out. It looks like E3332. So, I believe that these barrels are E3332, 70-3332, for pre-unit Triumph 650cc 6T Thunderbird, T110, TR6 Trophy. If you definitely know otherwise, I’d be interested to hear from you. The barrels look identical to my 1960 Triumph T110 and they are stamped E3332.
If you have the dimensions that you need, and if you have any doubts, just send me a request for a specific dimension and I’ll get back to you.
If you need 9 stud 650 barrels, please see my other parts as I currently have a set for sale.
I’ve got loads of 500cc / 650cc Triumph engine parts. Please ask if you need something specific. It’s going to take me a while to list everything for sale. Parts are for pre-unit and unit construction Triumph motorcycles.
I can accept EUROS. Please ask.
