Thunderbird, 6T, T100, 5t, Speed Twin etc, as long as they are the rigid framed variety. It should fit the 3T Deluxe too, although the earlier gearbox cast numbers T264/ T264 A / T264B are more appropriate.
The gearbox sequential number is 43994NA. A new friend has reliably informed me that it was produced / stamped in December 1953.
The box has the selector indicator, the gear cluster, tacho / rev counter drive and more. Please have a good look at the pictures. Ask questions if you need more info. The main case appears to be undamaged. there are no cracks or welds that I can see. The two mounts are good for a change and even the clutch cable guide / adjuster mount is intact.
This is being sold as a gearbox needing rebuild, as I haven’t touched it. It turns fine. But it will need to be taken apart, cleaned and re-assembled. Some parts have a very light amount of surface corrosion.
