Triumph T100 frame for sale 1968 SH
Unit construction main frame with sub frame, brake anchor stay and swing arm. Late sixties Triumph frame to make a desert sled or restoration
This frame is solid under the surface crud. It also comes with the other main components, when most used frames are usually sold just as the main frame loop.
The swinging arm is there and moves freely.
The frame number is clear and has not been messed about with. It is shown in the images. It begins with T100 SH and the numbers show that it is from 1968. To see check on Triumph frame numbers, see this page.
Items of note about this Triumph T100 frame for sale
The previous owner has added a couple of things to the frame. The number plate hanging rail has been welded to the rear loop. It needs to be removed and replaced. It has rotted through anyway. Also, look closely just in front of the side stand lug. A small curved piece has been welded onto the lower frame rail. Presumably this was done to protect the side stand lug, or to prevent it from snagging.
THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS with this frame. To get a V5C, it’s a fairly straightforward process. Join the TOMCC and talk to the Registrar. He will guide you through the process, or he can do it all for you for a small fee.
It’s not often that you see a unit construction, 500cc, Triumph T100 frame for sale at this money. That’s because I don’t need it and I want it out of the way.
Will I ship it?
No, sorry. It takes way too long to pack a frame. It this case I would have to remove the swinging arm and rear loop.
It might be possible for me to deliver for a price. Let me know where you are in the UK.
