Triumph T100C Unit construction 500cc Twin clean engine cases dated from 1968 with the stamped number H66748. The cases include a crank (fitted) and a set of barrels.
- Set of cases
- Crank
- Single camshaft
- Set of good barrels
This is arguably the most sought after year for the T100.
Would suit a Triumph T100C build but will work for other T100’s. T100SH, T100R, T100T, T100SS.
As I’ve decided to build only one more T100 project, I’m selling off most of my Triumph T100 surplus spares. This set of cases is one of a few that are becoming available. I currently have cranks, connecting rods, pistons, barrels and cylinder heads, frames and more. Please ask.
These engine cases nice and clean and have been stored carefully. From what I can see, there is no damage. There are marks from use but nothing nasty. The fins on the barrel are good.
The barrels look like they’ve been honed. I didn’t get it done. The bore diameter is around 68.9mm according to my digital calipers. So, I imagine they are standard at 69mm. Just my dodgy cheap digital calipers giving a rough estimate …..
The crank turns freely in the bearings and has the number 3658 marked in writing on it. I only mention this as it’s there. (E3658 are piston rings, so this painted number may be completely irrelevant)
There is one camshaft fitted too.
