This is a very affordable entry into the world of light and sporty 1930’s British motorcycles. What you see in the images is what is available. I don’t have other parts.

Having said this, it does come with the important parts like the girder forks, engine with numbers that match the frame and the original log book from when it was first registered in 1935. It also has the gearbox, very good wheels, clutch, oil tank and a nice old saddle. See the images. The gearbox outer cover shows some damage. Ignore the front mudguard. It’s included but clearly isn’t correct.

Either continue down the restoration route, or make yourself a lovely “special”. It has the looks already and it comes with the twin exhaust port head.

You will need to get an up-to-date DVLA V5c log book if you are going to use it on the UK roads. The VMCC or AJS club should be able to help if you’re unsure. Although, It ought to be relatively simple as the bike comes with the original RF60 Buff log book and it matches the numbers on the bike. The frame and engine numbers are clear too.

Don’t expect this to be a runner in a few hours. It’s a project with four main essential parts – The frame, engine, the original registration book and girder forks. The registration document is a huge bonus as it shows that this bike can be traced right back to 1935. Look at the gearbox outer cover. It has some damage.

Offers? No thanks. It’s very sensibly priced. If you don’t have enough spare funds, but you have something motorcycle related that you think might be of interest, let me know.

Viewing: You’re welcome to come and view. The bike is near St Ives in Cambridgeshire (PE28).

Payment: You choose. Bank transfer, Paypal or with good old fashioned paper money.

Delivery: Delivery to a UK mainland address may be possible, as I can get it in my car, subject to agreeing a cost. If you prefer, I will happily meet a courier. If you use a courier, I will need to be paid well in advance. (Not the same day as collection)
