Vintage / Veteran motorcycle Speedometer front wheel drive gear with pinion & Hub gear.
I think it’s an original Smiths one. Not sure. It’s very similar to ones on Velocettes. However, I am quite sure it can be used on many vintage or veteran motorcycles.
- The hub gear is 50T
- The drive pinion gear is 17T
- The speedometer gearbox turns smoothly.
- It includes a mounting bracket.
As you can see, the hub drive gear comes with the fastenings.
If I look really hard in my spares boxes, I might even have a cable. No promises on that though. It’s only for sale as I have decided that I won’t fit it to my veteran motorcycle.
Speedometer head units are easier to buy.
