Pair of Scott pistons 73mm
These pistons are a pair and probably Hepolite. They only have a number cast inside, and no “Hepolite” name. The number cast inside both is 30123B.
Both pistons have R stamped in the top. But they also have “left hand” and “right hand” stamped under the R.
I have had a few pairs of Scott pistons. Their dimensions have varied quire a bit. I am no Scott expert, but someone told me that the pistons are slightly oval in plan view. I may be imagining this, but the pistons appear to measure 72.8mm (fore and aft) one way and 73mm (side to side).
I also understand that the Scott 596cc Long Stroke Flyer also ran with 73mm pistons.
As you can see from the images, there is just one gudgeon pin.

These Scott pistons are used, with light scoring. Please see the images. there are no piston rigs and there is only one gudgeon pin. Please study the images carefully.
