Butlers Mark II Saucer Lamp made by Butler/Birmingham. Type N° 1435.
Although this is a prewar / post War car accessory, they are very popular with the bobber / chopper motorcycle community.
Most of them have damage or pitting. This one came from a friend who is very fussy. So, it’s in nice condition. I haven’t tested it, so you will need to expect to replace the bulb.
