Original Doherty vintage veteran bolt-mount long lever
- Right Side through handlebar mounting
- Air / Throttle / Magneto control
- Lever length from centre of mount to tip of lever is 4′-1/2″.
- The lever works fine. It’s smooth and neither too stiff, nor too loose.
- The patent number suggests that it’s after 1923.
The bolt mount diameter is around 5/16″. I have kept it for a Douglas 2-3/4HP project. However, the bolt is too large for the original handlebars that I have. Rather than drill the original handlebars, I’d rather sell this and buy the correct Douglas controls.
If you happen to have some parts that would suit my Douglas 2-3/4 HP project, please let me know.
