Pre unit Triumph classic vintage motorcycle Oil Tank 650cc 500cc Thunderbird 6T, T110, T100, 5T, T120
This is the pre unit type. It’s pretty good inside. It will still need a clean out.
Externally, it’s not perfect. It has a little surface corrosion in a number of places as you can see in the images. One of the top lug mounts has had some brazing work.
Overall, this is a decent oil tank that doesn’t leak. It doesn’t have any nasty dings either.
I have a few Triumph oil tanks that I’ve decided to sell. Please take a look at the others if this doesn’t suit your needs. I have a few pre-unit ones and a few T20 Tiger Cub oil tanks of various designs. (T20B, centre cap and forward cap version that suits the later T20’s)
