1937 Triumph Tiger 90 set of engine cases with the timing cover.
Edward Turner’s 500cc Tiger 90 is the rarest of the Tigers from the Pre War period. This is a great chance to stock up on spares if you’re lucky enough to own one of these iconic bikes.
The cases are in decent condition with the occasional mark so please study the images. There are no obvious repairs or welds. What I mean by that is…. “I really can’t see any repairs. If there are some, they will have been done very well”. The engine number is clear. See the images. It’s 7-T90-3400. Note the protrusion between the engine sequential number and “7-T90”. My slightly earlier Tiger 90 cases don’t have this modification. Presumably, it was a factory development.
The engine case halves have matched stamped numbers.
The studs etc have seen better days. They will probably need to be replaced.
I have a cylinder head for the Tiger 90. Please see my other advertisements as it is listed separately.
Viewing: Please come and check it over before you buy. It is at PE28, near St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
Shipping: I usually ship to most destinations. If you don’t see a price, please ask. Thanks. International shipping available.
Collection: If you don’t want it shipped, I have plenty of space. If you can’t collect for a while, it’s not a problem. However, I will need to be paid very soon after the sale. Thanks.
Payment: Good old fashioned money on collection is preferred. I can accept payment through PayPal or by bank transfer as well.
Import Taxes for international shipping: Please note that IMPORT DUTIES are not something I can control. If you are buying from outside the UK, there is a chance that you will have to pay import taxes. Import taxes vary from country to country. If there are charges to pay, it is the buyer’s responsibility to research the cost and pay the duties. The price that you see on my advert is for the item and not the item plus whatever taxes might be due.
