Alloy Velocette MAC 350cc vintage motorcycle engine (1959/60) The “Alloy Mac”

From the engine number, this appears to be a MAC engine from 1959/60. It’s very close to the last of the MAC numbers.
You don’t often see the Alloy MAC’s come up for sale.
The good bits:
Well, it’s an all alloy version
Turns over nicely.
Partially rebuilt.
Good crank thread / splines
The top of the piston reads +10
It comes with the oil pump as in the images
Matching case numbers
Pushrods are there.
I haven’t run the engine, or tested the magneto. It turns over, with compression. If you can, please come and check it over before you go ahead and buy.
This engine will require dis-assembling and rebuilding as some fixings are missing.
The not-so-good bits:
Fin damage has been repaired
Some fixings are missing
Professional repairs to the side of the head. ( it looks cosmetic to me)
There’s a small dink out of the side of the head. It looks old, but I would get it alloy filled.
Condition: It’s a used engine, so it has marks. It turns over. It is missing some fixings. The cases are in generally good condition,
