Triumph Tiger Cub T20 Mountain /Sports models E6094 SQUARE engine barrel + Piston with gudgeon pin.
Also suits the 1966-1969 T20B Super Cub and Bantam Cub motorcycles. However, it’s mostly associated with the T20 SM Mountain Cub and T20 SH motorcycles between 1965 and 1965 with engine numbers after #101.
The classic Trials chaps (and chapesses) like these as they suit the points-in-the-side engines. Before you ask, I don’t have a square cylinder head.
Condition:
Piston is Plus 0.030 and comes with the rings and gudgeon pin. It’s nice and oily. As you can see, it has been used.
Cylinder barrel. The fins are good. Only one tiny chip on the top small area next to the pushrod tub. The bore is OK. It’s not super-smooth. It would probably be OK to run but I’d bore it out a bit more and use the plus 30 piston on another Cub. (Who has only one Cub? They seem to breed overnight). Some people bore these out to 225 / 230cc.
Anyway, it is what it is.
