1948 Ariel Red Hunter VB VH 500cc VB 600cc motorcycle gearbox transmission
Gearbox number is G48 D48.
Under the crud, this appears to be fairly complete. However, you are encouraged to come and check it over for yourself. Note the small damage to the adjuster in the images. It will need a weld to fully sort.
It comes with the gear lever and clutch arm as shown in the images. There are no fixings to attach the cover to the box.
Mountings look good as they usually have a bit chipped off.
It needs a complete check over at the very least. Probably a rebuild. Untested.
It will be shipped as you see it.
