Well, it’s used and still dirty. But it doesn’t have any nasty rust despite the many coats of paint.
The cap threads look fine.
It will need to be cleaned out and re-painted. there’s a hint of a dink in the front panel.
So, if you are after a cheap BSA C10 C11 oil tank, here’s your chance.
