BSA M20 Specialloid plus 40 piston with rings
The piston appears to be NOS. It has a few light marks from storage and a small chip on the top. It’s not on the edge. If you zoom in on the photo of the top, there is a very small mark at the 10.00 O’clock position to the letter M. It may have been gently fitted to a barrel at some point as there are very light longitudinal marks to suggest this. However, I do not believe it has been used. The piston rings are there and they are free and flexible.
- There is no gudgeon pin.
- Size is +0.040 over STD – Stamped on the top.
