Complete BSA 4-spring clutch assembly A/B series pre-unit RGS, A7, A10, B31, B33.
I believe that this used clutch assembly is suitable for BSA A7/A10/Rocket Goldstar/DBD Goldstar/B31/B33 & all Swinging Arm models from 1954-63
I also understand that it is used on the BSA M20/M21/M33 Rigid & Plunger Models from 1937-58 (with tapered mainshaft).
However, as there are no stamped part numbers, please do not buy this BSA 4-spring clutch assembly if you have any doubts.
I have done my best to show everything in the images. All of the clutch plates seem to be there.
The sprocket has 43 teeth.
A new complete clutch like this is around £450 including VAT. This one represents a considerable saving.
Condition of the BSA 4-spring clutch assembly
While this is advertised as “used”, it appears to have had very little use. Obviously, it has marks on the outside of the pressure plate and there is some very minor tarnishing, but it is in good condition overall. The teeth show signs of use but no excessive wear.
