Marston Sunbeam 500cc vintage motorcycle Model 9/90 TWIN PORT Cylinder head c/w engine barrel.
This is a spare engine barrel and twin port cylinder for a Model 9/90 Marston Sunbeam motorcycle. Remarkably, all fins are good. There is the tiniest little nibble on one of the head fins but there are NO chips or repairs.
In this condition, these are very hard to find. They are worth having as spares, even if they just sit on the shelf. The barrel bore is 79.8mm. It could do with a clean and maybe a very light hone.
The cylinder head has one valve guide fitted. The exhaust threads could do with a clean up with a wire brush. The spark plug thread is OK.
There’s not much else to say as there isn’t anything nasty to report.
