Original DUNLOP WM3-18 Triumph motorcycle 6T, 5T, T100, TR6, T120 Pre-Unit Rear wheel rebuilt – Made in England. I believe this is the hub used on pre-unit Triumphs with the swinging arm. It may fit rigid bikes, but make that check for yourself.
This has been in my stash of parts that I was going to use on one of my pre-unit Triumph builds. I have now rolled back a few years and my interests have moved to Rigid framed Pre-Unit Triumphs and Pre-war bikes. So, this pre-unit WM3-18 Triumph rear wheel is available for someone else to save money on a wheel build.
Condition: It’s straight and in pretty decent condition. It’s not perfect, like a brand new rim. Then again, it’s an original DUNLOP one with W1007 (pt number 37-1007) stamped in the rim and it has Made in England stamped. The chrome has shows light scratches on close examination.
Repop rims are around £120. That’s just as a rim. You’re getting spokes, rim and hub, together with the cost of a wheel build all rolled in for this price. And, it’s a genuine Dunlop W1007 rim.
