Original Patina on Norton ES2 Model 50 Petrol tank (Gas tank, fuel tank… call it what you like)

This is a very nice original steel tank, ready for use. It has light patina and would be a shame to repaint it. However, it has had a few dings in the past and clearly has a bit of filler. If I was keeping it, I’d repaint it just to get it nice and smooth. Like I said though, it would do nicely for a patina bike.
