Pair Triumph pre unit short Dynamo / generator primary cases.
1954 to 1959.
Swing arm models:
500cc, T100, TR5 Trophy
650cc, T110, (1958/9) first series of the Bonneville T120, TR6 Trophy.
Outer cover: T1190. The number is not showing on the case. I believe that’s the correct number though. This cover appears to have been chromed at some point. Or, at least, nickel plated. Presumably it covered up a small weld repair that is shown in the images. You can’t see it on the outside and it’s a fairly tidy repair on the inside. It also shows some other wear. Please see the pictures. The outside of the cover is very slightly pitted.
Inner cover: T1186, 57-1186. The inner case appears to be free from damage.
I’ve not cleaned and polished these cases. They are usable.
