1966 Triumph T20 Tiger Cub main frame with the rear loop and swing arm.
UPDATE: NOW SOLD.
There are no fixings for the three main components (The two screwdrivers in the images are there just so that I can show you the whole frame in one go and they are not included in the sale)
The frames are decent and still have all of their lugs. The frame number is shown in the images. It’s T20 3319. From 1965, the numbers started to change over to something similar to BSA, so they started again with “101”.
All of the components could do with a clean up with blasting. However, there is no nasty rust and no bends where there ought not to be.
I’m down-sizing my collection of Cubs and parts. I am also offering an earlier Pre-65 frame set at the moment. It’s listed separately. I also have a nice Trials Cub for sale on here and another almost complete 1960 T20 project with many parts coated and chromed. All of these are available separate from the frame set mentioned in this ad and shown in the images.
There are no documents with this frame. If you are unfamiliar with getting the frame registered, it’s a fairly simple process. The best thing to do is to join the Triumph motorcycle owners club and speak to a nice chap called Richard. He’s currently the Registrar. For a small fee, he will get your bike registered.
Viewing: Please come and check it over before you buy. It is at PE28, near St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
Payment: Good old fashioned money on collection is preferred. I can accept payment through PayPal or by bank transfer as well.
Collection: I have plenty of space. If you can’t collect for a while, it’s not a problem. However, I will need to be paid very soon after the sale. Thanks.
