Triumph Tiger Cub T20 Sports models oil tank with froth tower F4318 82-4318 / F4572 82-4572.
F4318 was used from 1959 until 1964, then the part number changed to F4572 during 1964 and for 1965 / 1966. Presumably, this was in preparation of the sale to BSA.
The Mountain Cub T20SM ran between 1965 and 68. The part number was F4572. As far as I can see, it looked identical to the other froth tower Cub oil tanks.
Models that used the centre filler with the froth tower included:
- Mountain Cub T20SM
- T20 SS
- T20 SH (Sports Home)
- T20 SL
- T20 T (Trials).
This tank does not have any nasty big dinks. It does have a few very small ones. The surface has been cleaned up to show that it’s solid.
