It needs some work as ali welding will be needed around the inner timing cover connection / mount for the magneto. Some heavy handed handling has resulted in a crack that will need welding up. I’ve shown it in the images. Other than this, it’s a decent motor. Just 4 fins on the ali head are broken in front of the primary side spark plug hole. Threads are good generally. It turns over nicely and (as you can see) it’s very clean inside.
If you can get the welding done (or have a timing-side) case, this is a really good motor. I’ve had the head off to show the pistons, so the head bolts are not torqued up.
