1963 Raleigh Runabout for sale with V5c.
For those who are only interested in the 3 letter, 3 number, plate: The V5c has nothing in the special notes to prevent the number from being transferred. I have not attempted to take the number from the bike. It’s obviously worth a few pounds to someone. Think of it as a bonus. If you do remove the number and sell it, you will end up with an extremely cheap Raleigh Runabout.
This lovely little bike is the essence of vintage motorcycling. That’s why I bought it a few years ago. It was restored by a very competent gentleman in 2019. He didn’t over-do the restoration and concentrated on making it run well rather than presenting an over-polished project.
It ran when I bought it. It will probably need a very light re-commissioning.
There are a few of these Raleigh Runabouts around, but not many. Quite a few that are offered for sale need a lot of work. This one has all of the right bits n the right places.

Very local delivery possible. As you can imagine, it doesn’t weigh much, or take a lot pf space, so it should fit into most medium / large hatchbacks.
