Amac Brass nickel coated carburettor T25M CX7305 in good overall condition.

I only have a parts catalogue that goes back to 1923 and goes right up to the demise of AMAC. “CX7305” doesn’t feature in the catalogue, so I imagine that this carb was made between 1911 and 1922. My best guess is 1920-22 but I’d love to be educated as I have a few more like this.

I had grand ideas of owning a flat-tank 3 1/2 hp Sunbeam, so I hoarded as many parts as I could. I’ve decided that early (ish) flat tank bikes are not on my radar any more, so carbs like this will be going.

It seems to be pretty complete and would do someone very nicely. It even has the “mushroom” in good condition. It’s aged and with marks but is just how I like them, with a little patina. However, please look at the images.

I have taken it apart and shown all of the pieces that are available. There are a few parts that are missing (like the main needle and clip) but little else. It now has a new slide and replacement float needle.

Before you moan at me about the price, I had to pay a lot to get this and when did you last see one as nice as this?

I’m happy to do International postage. Just ask for a cost.
