These parts come with 3 new gaskets. One is still in the bag.
I have been holding onto a few old BMW airhead parts as I have wanted to rebuild a 1970’s R100RS. The parts are just sitting in a box and I doubt I will ever get a suitable project. So, they are for sale.
The valve cover part numbers are 1 262 253.1 and 1 262 254.1. They have a cast date of 1978, which matches the engine cover that I have for sale separately.
These are used and have various marks.One of the covers would clean up nicely. The other one has some damage. It’s a small ding and I have shown it from both the inside and the outside.It definitely could do with a small ali weld from the inside.
